Grounds Maintenance Tech Supervisor

FacilitiesSupervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Landscapes or maintains grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Under limited supervision, manage, coordinate and make assignment to complete repairs and installations of task which does not require license/certification to complete. Supervise and plan the daily work of assigned staff to ensure requests are addressed timely and completed promptly with minimal impact upon the program's operations. Advise program supervisors of needed repairs or reevaluation for cost savings for future planning. Ensure assigned staff are adequately trained in the use and safety precautions of power equipment. Evaluate jobs to determine if it is best served to refer out or is in the skillset and safety of the assigned staff. Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures High School diploma or GED *and* Three (3) years of related experience. Additional Information
