Customer Service Representative
Here at Mpire Promotions we are looking for customer service representatives that are charismatic, eager, confident, and all about helping out in the community. We are looking for people who are willing to be the face of our Non-Profit clients by hosting different face to face marketing events on their behalf. Going directly into different communities to acquire the sales and donors on behalf of the charities and non profit clients we work with.
This role is ONSITE ONLY and FULLTIME (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm) based in Garden City (500 Old Country RD Garden City NY 11530).
We also have a weekly pay structure that consists of a base pay plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
Daily community engagement, in person face to face fundraising events
Hosting face to face outside events on behalf of the charities we represent
(NOT A BUSINESS TO BUSINESS OR DOOR TO DOOR ROLE)
Establish and create positive relationships with customers and donors
Following the core values of the company
Aquire donors on behalf of our non-profit partners for on-going support
