Summary:Assembler needed for a manufacturer in Lancaster, Ohio. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in detail-oriented work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble custom-sized filters, by measuring and cuttingInspect, label, and package finished filters to meet shipment standardsOccasionally perform cold glue assembly and maintain gluing equipmentLearn filter types and interpret media chartsSupport training of new team members and cross-train across rolesMaintain a clean and organized workspaceParticipate in Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projectsFollow safety protocols including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout awarenessReview and apply Best Work Practices (BWPs) relevant to the roleThis is a temporary-to-direct, full-time position, hiring immediately. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6 AM to 3 PM, and Friday, 6 AM to 12 PM. Pay is $18.89 per hour.
