Job DescriptionResponsibilities/Job Description:Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine/Pediatric Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic Lakeville. Join a collegial and busy practice, located in the growing community of Lakeville, MN.Practice Details:6 provider primary care practicePatient encounters average 16-18 patients per day.Full time is 34 patient contact hours per week.Call Frequency: Call is approximately 1:18. Phone call only.Openings: 1 FTE (Full Time).Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).Community Information:Lakeville is a fast growing suburban city south of Minneapolis, known for its strong sense of community and excellent schools.
