Project Manager – Enterprise Software & ERP Integrations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage complex software development initiatives spanning ERP platforms and cross-company integrations with our clients via ServiceNow Service Bridge. This role requires a strong background in Agile delivery—particularly Scrum—combined with deep experience managing enterprise-scale programs and integration efforts involving ServiceNow.The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and the ability to drive alignment across technical, business, and third-party stakeholders.This is a full time on-site position, based out of our Fort Lauderdale Headquarters. The work hours are Monday- Friday, 8:30a -5:30p. Our benefit offerings include Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401k with company match and PTO.This role has responsibilities that include working with secure information provided by a government contractor; therefore, U.S. citizenship is required.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Project LeadershipLead end-to-end delivery of software development projects across multiple platforms (e.g., VAI S2k, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)Manage large-scale, cross-functional integration initiatives involving internal teams, customer teams and external partner organizationsDevelop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and governance structures aligned with strategic business objectivesOversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resource management across concurrent initiativesAgile & Scrum DeliveryDevelop and execute delivery plans leveraging Agile Scrum methodologiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogsTrack and report sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metricsEnsure adherence to Agile best practices and continuous improvement principlesManage Scrum stories and epics within ServiceNow Agile or related modulesServiceNow Integration & Story ManagementLead ServiceNow integration projects, including integrations with Future Tech internal platforms and third-party systemsCoordinate closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and platform administratorsEnsure user stories are well-defined, traceable, and aligned to business valueStakeholder & Vendor ManagementEngage executive stakeholders and provide regular status reporting and risk communicationManage third-party vendors and integration partnersFacilitate cross-company alignment on requirements, timelines, and deliverablesDrive issue resolution and remove delivery roadblocksRisk & Quality ManagementProactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategiesImplement quality assurance checkpoints throughout the SDLCEnsure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards including ISO27001 and CMMCRequired Qualifications5+ years of project management experience in enterprise software developmentProven track record managing multi-platform ERP initiatives and cross-company integrationsStrong experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodologiesExperience leading ServiceNow integration projectsHands-on experience managing Scrum stories and Agile boards within ServiceNowDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and distributed teamsExcellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skillsThis role has responsibilities that include working with secure information provided by a government contractor; therefore, U.S. citizenship is requiredPreferred QualificationsScrum certifications such as:Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)PMI-ACPPMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments (aerospace, manufacturing, healthcare)Technical background in software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise architectureKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking with strong execution disciplineCross-functional leadershipConflict resolution and stakeholder negotiationData-driven decision-makingContinuous improvement mindsetWhat Success Looks LikeOn-time, on-budget delivery of complex ERP and integration programsHigh-performing Agile teams with consistent sprint velocitySeamless integration between customer ServiceNow platforms and Future Tech systemsStrong stakeholder confidence and transparent reportingMeasurable business value delivered through scalable software solutions#FutureTechJob #SG-1
