Account Executive

Premier Creative Group is seeking an Account Executive who will be responsible for proactively developing, managing, and expanding client relationships while delivering exceptional, high-touch service throughout the event lifecycle. This role serves as the primary client advocate and strategic lead, ensuring all opportunities are executed with precision, efficiency, and a strong focus on client outcomes.The Account Executive drives the full sales and production process proactively engaging and following up on PCG-provided leads, conducting needs discovery, developing proposals, and leading planning, execution, and post-event follow-up while maintaining clear communication, strong time management, and accountability across all phases. Working in close partnership with Project Managers and internal support teams, this role ensures seamless coordination of resources, accurate quoting, and alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.With a focus on proactive communication and operational excellence, the Account Executive is accountable for guiding each project to successful completion while maximizing client satisfaction, retention, and profitability.Essential functions include: Proactively develop and expand client relationships through consistent communication, site presence, client visits, and post-event follow-up. Maintain engagement throughout the event lifecycle; actively identify future opportunities, upsells, and repeat business. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering responsive, flexible, and high-quality service that drives satisfaction and retention. Understand all stakeholder dynamics (client, end client, venue, partners) and align solutions accordingly. Proactively engage and qualify PCG-provided leads, drive opportunities from initial contact through close. Lead needs discovery and gather all relevant event details to develop accurate, strategic proposals. Own the full sales and production lifecycle from opportunity creation through execution and final billing. Collaborate with Project Management, Technical Services, Creative Services, and Labor Logistics to develop accurate, efficient, and profitable quotes. Ensure all proposals are complete, accurate, and aligned with client goals, timelines, and budgets. Review proposals internally as needed prior to client delivery to ensure quality and alignment. Coordinate all event elements including production meetings, site surveys, logistics, labor, rigging, safety, and design requirements. Ability to work flexible and alternative schedules, including nights and weekends based on event demands. Communicate changes, updates, and client requests clearly and promptly to all internal stakeholders. Ensure alignment across departments to support seamless execution. Manage time, priorities, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of proposals, updates, and client communications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity tracking, forecasting, and documentation within FLEX. Monitor and manage pipeline activity, including status updates, closures, and lost opportunities. Oversee contract execution, including signed quotes, deposits, insurance documentation, and credit approvals. Ensure adherence to company processes, procedures, and financial requirements. Maximize revenue and profitability by accurately capturing all equipment, labor, and service changes. Ensure timely and accurate billing, expense reconciliation, and final invoicing in coordination with accounting. Support successful on-site execution by ensuring crews are informed, logistics are confirmed, and expectations are clearly communicated. Address and resolve client or operational issues proactively, including after-hours support when required. Participate in internal strategy discussions with leadership to refine sales approach, pricing, and client strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize resource utilization, minimize unnecessary costs, and maintain margin targets. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technology, and equipment to provide informed recommendations to clients. Participate in ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct post-event reviews and gather feedback to improve future performance and client outcomes. Support additional operational needs as required, including warehouse, office, or venue support during non-show periods.Qualifications Associate’s degree or 2 - 4 years or AV Experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and presenting technical proposals within corporate events, trade shows, hospitality, or related industries. Computer knowledge including but not limited to Flex, Lasso, WMS/IMS, MS Office, HubSpot. Proven success in closing business while managing the end-to-end client journey, ensuring seamless execution and high client satisfaction. Demonstrates clear, professional written and verbal communication, with the ability to lead client conversations, translate technical concepts, and align internal teams effectively.
