About the Opportunity Magic Touch Commercial Cleaning Company is hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners (individuals or small crews) for a large post-construction apartment project in Panama City Beach, FL. Work includes high-quality cleaning of newly built apartment units and amenity spaces through three key phases: Rough Clean, Final Clean, and Puff (Touch-Up) Clean. This is a temporary, project-based position with no guaranteed employment after project completion. Key Responsibilities Rough Clean Remove debris, dust, and packaging materials Sweep/vacuum floors and dust vents, fans, and baseboards Remove stickers, tape, and residue from appliances and windows Final Clean Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Sanitize light switches, doors, fixtures, countertops, and cabinets Polish sinks, tubs, mirrors, and tiles Clean HVAC closets, storage spaces, balconies, breezeways, and stair railings Puff (Touch-Up) Clean Perform final polishing and detailing Light dusting and re-wiping of surfaces post punch-list Ensure units are fully move-in ready for property management inspection Requirements ✅ Reliable transportation to the Panama City Beach job site ✅ Working smartphone (for Swept: time tracking, communication, and photo updates) ✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk multiple flights of stairs, bend, and kneel as needed ✅ Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30/4:00 PM, with some Saturdays if required ✅ Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain consistent pace and quality ✅ Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and dependable ✅ Must maintain professionalism and accountability on site What We Provide All cleaning products and equipment provided (for employees) Daily check-ins and support from project supervisors Access to Swept app for communication, photos, and quality tracking Team-oriented work environment built on accountability and integrity Consideration for future project opportunities with Magic Touch based on performance Ideal Candidates Have prior experience in post-construction, commercial, or residential detailed cleaning (Airbnb, move-in/move-out, or similar) Are highly detail-oriented and able to follow direction precisely Take pride in producing inspection-ready results Communicate clearly, show up on time, and can work independently or as part of a team Employment Status This is a temporary W-2 position tied to a specific post-construction project in Panama City Beach, FL.
