We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat You'll Do:Perform tasks in a manufacturing and prototyping environment.Review and provide feedback on electro-mechanical and opto-mechanical drawings and designs.Translate drawing requirements into detailed work instructions for the assembly, integration, and testing of complex end-products.Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure program schedule milestones are met.Own product schedule development - coordinate across disciplines to ensure agreement amongst stakeholders.Troubleshoot issues individually and collaboratively to find quick and safe solutions that minimize schedule delays.Balance multiple projects and priorities and communicate clearly to operations leadership.Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.Adhere to established policies, procedures, and proper labor charging practices.Job RequirementsWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's Degree2+ years of experience in manufacturing and prototyping environments2+ years of experience in Troubleshooting technical issues in assembly, integration, and testing2+ years of experience in Maintaining accurate records and documentationWhat Sets You Apart:Experience in Aerospace or Defense industryFamiliarity with machinery, machine building, and precision engineeringExperience with Optical MetrologyKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)Proactive schedule ownership and stakeholder alignmentFast and safe problem-solving under pressureStrong coordination and collaboration across disciplinesMulti-tasking given the work environmentAbility to balance multiple projects and prioritiesClear communication with operations leadershipAdherence to policies, procedures, and labor practicesAdditional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.Be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret ClearanceIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
