Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, based in Knoxville, TN. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and effectively communicating with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. This role also involves overseeing inspections, expediting processes, and managing logistics to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Qualifications Project Management experience with the ability to plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projectsSkills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, ensuring timely delivery of materials and servicesProficiency in Inspection processes to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsExperience in Logistics Management to optimize project resources and timeline efficiencyExcellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership abilities for managing teams and liaising with stakeholdersKnowledge of local building codes and regulations in Knoxville, TN is a plusProficiency with project management software tools and construction management technologiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
