CNC Programmer - Direct HireWe are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to work within a manufacturing organization specializing in high-precision machining, in Green Bay, WI. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: CNC ProgrammerLocation: Green Bay, WIPay Range: $28 - $33+ per hour (depending on experienceShift: Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pmWhat's the Job?Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for mills and lathes using G & M code and CAM softwareDevelop machining processes, tooling selections, and set up instructions for new and existing partsSupport machinists with troubleshooting programs, setups, tooling, and machining issuesRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specificationsCollaborate closely with Engineering and the Machine Shop to improve manufacturability and efficiency What's Needed?3 + years of CNC Programming, setup and hands-on machining experience preferred.
