Order Processing SpecialistMove Forward with Volt!Volt is hiring an Order Processing Specialist in El Paso, TX.As an Order Processing Specialist, you will:Manage and track customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle.Coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements, lead times, and plant capacity.Maintain accurate order data, shipment dates, and status updates within SAP and other business systems.Monitor order priorities, resolve scheduling issues, and escalate potential delivery risks.Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to support successful order execution.Process order authorizations and support timely resolution of customer concerns.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to customer orders.Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall operational performance.This is a full-time opportunity!Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (flexible to work OT on Saturday)The ideal candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience in order management, production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.Proficiency with SAP ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated, customer-focused, and highly detail-oriented.Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
