From Audio-Video systems to Security, Access Control, HVAC Controls, Fire Alarms, and Networking (Copper & Fiber), our skilled crews deliver high-quality installations in educational facilities, corporate environments, and on new construction sites.We're currently seeking Experienced Field Team Leaders who are ready to take the next step in their careers and lead our crews to success on-site.What You'll Do:Lead and motivate small to mid-sized installation teams across a variety of projectsInterpret blueprints to ensure accurate placement of wiring and devicesRead and execute equipment lists to install the correct components in designed locationsPerform hands-on installations: A/V, security, cameras, access control, fire alarm, and network cablingManage terminations, soldering, connectors, rack building, and cable managementMentor and train junior techs, while continuing to expand your own knowledge and certificationsWhat We're Looking For:2–4 years of relevant field experienceProven leadership skills in a technical environmentStrong working knowledge of technical diagrams and wiring standardsProficiency in terminations, cable management, and equipment installationA growth mindset—willingness to learn and lead with confidenceBonus Points For:Prior leadership in a related field or military experienceCertified Technology Specialist (CTS)Ohio Fire Alarm LicenseAccess Control Specialist certificationBICSI certificationWhat We Provide:BIT-paid certifications and training for continuous growthCompany vehicle, tools, and cutting-edge project management softwareMedical, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off (PTO)401(k) plan with company matchReferral programsLodging and per diem provided for travelMonday–Thursday work schedule = 3-day weekends!Frequent travel with overnight stays requiredAdditional Requirements:Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkMust be comfortable with regional travel and overnight staysReady to Lead?
