Substitute Bus Drivers

SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS Primary Function: To provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the district's curriculum and extracurricular program. Be on call and readily accept driving assignments as they become available. Substitute drivers may work into a full-time Bus Driver position for the District. Qualifications:Education: High School diploma preferred; required driving certifications by the State of MichiganTraining and Experience: Previous bus driving experience preferred or PAID training provided by BC Transportation DepartmentDemonstrated Technical Skills: Ability to maneuver large buses efficiently and safelyHuman Relations Skills: Ability to relate to students, staff, and community members.
