We're looking for someone like that to:Be part of our Securities Clearing team in NashvilleBe responsible for Matching trades , Break and reject investigation , Liaise with Front Office and Clients, Reconciliations , escalations & query managementWorking with teams on root cause analysis and suggest and implement process improvementsTake responsibility for appropriate exception escalation and coordinate resolution delivery with relevant partiesYour teamYou’ll be working in the Securities Clearing team and collaborating with Front Office stakeholders, Settlements, Technology Owners, Corporate Actions processing and client teams across multiple locations.Your expertiseYou have:An understanding of front to back trade flow, experience working in a clearing functionGood understanding of financial markets, products and processesExceptional communication skillsThe ability to identify root causes of issues and drive/ implement changes as requiredA proactive approach and ability to understand and escalate riskHaving a pragmatic "can do" attitudeAn innovative approach to solving day-to-day process problemsKnowledge and drive for process AutomationYou are:Both client, and risk focused with proven ability to paying attention to detailAn enthusiastic and dedicated team player who is able to collaborate across functions to deliver resultsHighly responsible, self-motivated, efficient and able to work under pressureAble to identify root causes of issues and drive/implement changesAble to make an impact and keen to build relationships internally and externallyContinually looking to improve your own skill setsDependable, reliable and accountable for own behavior and act within professional, legal and ethical boundariesGreat team playerAbout UsUBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
