This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys active work, likes variety, and is open to supporting a wide range of restoration services. No two days look exactly the same. You may be helping with water mitigation one day, fire cleanup the next, and packouts, contents cleaning, or mold remediation on another.What You'll DoIn this role, you will support a variety of residential and commercial restoration and cleaning projects, including:Water damage mitigation and extractionFire and smoke damage cleanupMold remediation supportPackouts, contents handling, and inventoryCleaning and deodorizing affected areas and belongingsRemoving damaged drywall, cabinetry, flooring, debris, and other materialsSetting up containment and decontamination areasPlacing and monitoring drying or remediation equipmentPreparing the work van and job site using proper setup proceduresCompleting job site cleanup and breakdownSupporting or leading a crew depending on project needsWhat We're Looking ForExperience in restoration, mitigation, construction, cleaning, labor, moving, warehouse, or other hands-on workIICRC certification is preferred, but not requiredApplicable restoration, mold, or related licenses are a plusWillingness to support a wide range of services, including water, fire, mold, packouts, contents, and specialty cleaningAbility to lift at least 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistanceAbility to climb ladders and work at ceiling heightsComfort working in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and atticsWillingness to participate in an on-call rotationValid driver's license and a good driving recordStrong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitudeCompensation and BenefitsPay is based on experience, certifications, licenses, and residential or commercial restoration background.
