Data Analyst

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets to help inform strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel data analysis and experience working with SQL databases. Duties * Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Excel, including creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. * Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from SQL databases to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. * Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. * Support the development of automated reporting processes to streamline data workflows. * Interpret large datasets to provide meaningful insights that support strategic planning and operational improvements. * Document methodologies and findings clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications * Proven experience in Excel data analysis with advanced proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation. * Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing relational databases. * Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear reports or presentations. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Effective communication skills to explain complex data insights simply. * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. * Prior experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous.
