Interior Designer

This is a unique opportunity to work on exclusive, high-end residential projects with a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:· Design high-end residential interiors from initial concept through completion, ensuring all design elements align with the luxury standards of each custom home· Present multiple design options for furniture selections and room layouts, ensuring flexibility and creativity in meeting diverse preferences and requirements· Influence and guide the design direction to align with client vision and project goals· Assist in office space design and development, contributing creative and functional solutions that reflect the company’s brand, culture, and growth· Deep understanding and design expertise in cabinetry, lighting, and appliances· Specify and source finishes and fixtures· Assist with procurement, develop and implement systems for tracking deliveries and monitoring inventory efficiently· Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and design presentations using professional design software· Highly motivated, solutions-driven, adaptable, and positive attitude· Excellent communication and client presentation skills· Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining timelinesQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in interior design (required)· Must be a Florida Registered Interior Designer (FRID license required)· Minimum 3 years of interior design experience with a proven portfolio in luxury design (required)· Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similarBenefits:· Health benefits· Paid time off· 401KEEO
