Construction Field Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building maintenance and/or construction. This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that it is done in a safe professional manner. Candidates with truck will be paid more. Must have trade Skills Framing Drywall repair Siding repair Painting flooring Job Requirements Must have good verbal and written skills Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record with car insurance Must satisfy all pre-employment screening requirements Must have 2+ years of Building maintenance/ Trade experience Must be capable of multi-tasking Must be able to work in the U.S. Must have reliable transportation, Must be familiar with construction principals and codes Capable of lifting 75 lbs. overhead Must have basic hand tools ( Drills, screw drivers etc) Truck is preferred.
