Enterprise Account Executive – Professional Services & Enterprise EnablementAbout the RoleWe’re hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth across enterprise learning, data, AI, and workforce transformation initiatives.This is a strategic, consultative sales role focused on selling both platform subscriptions and high-value professional services engagements. You’ll work with enterprise organisations to design and deliver large-scale upskilling and enablement programmes that create measurable business impact.What You’ll Be Doing:Generate and close new enterprise business opportunitiesLead complex consultative sales cycles from discovery through closeSell a combination of SaaS platform subscriptions and professional services engagementsEngage senior stakeholders across L&D, Data, Technology, HR, and Transformation functionsConduct deep enterprise discovery to uncover strategic business needsBuild and manage pipeline within a defined territoryDevelop executive relationships and multi-thread enterprise accountsCollaborate cross-functionally with solutions, customer success, and delivery teamsMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management disciplineWhat We’re Looking For: Proven success in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or professional services salesExperience selling into mid-market and enterprise organisationsStrong preference for backgrounds in consultancy-led environmentsSimilar consulting or transformation-focused organisationsAbility to build strategic enterprise relationshipsAbility to create and close net-new opportunitiesConsistently exceed revenue targetsOffer: Hybrid working in New York $150k base$300k OTE (150/150 split)If you’re a high-performing enterprise seller who enjoys strategic, consultative selling and wants to help organisations build future-ready workforces, we’d love to hear from you.
