Position Type: Technology/Intructional Technology Date Posted: 5/21/2026 Location: READS Academy Program Date Available: 08/26/2026 Teacher of Technology/STEM Classes - Licensed Technology Teacher or Special Education Teacher with background in technology, or vocational teacher with technology focus to provide direct classroom instruction of Computer/Technology and STEM project based classes. Classes for students with a range of neuro-behavioral and emotional disabilities. Alternate, education related licensure will be considered. This position would also include teaching the Work Based Learning Technology Employability Skills track for students in grades 9-12 for 2 blocks of the day. This track includes internal internship positions and monthly in-person consultation to the READS Academy program within West Bridgewater High School. REQUIRED SKILLS: This position requires strong organizational skills, classroom management skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to supervise support personnel effectively. ? Experience with integrating technology in classroom instruction across all grade levels preferred. *Experience or knowledge of zSpace or willingness to be trained is required. *Working knowledge or willing to be trained on 3-D printing required. ? Experience with programming and robotics preferred. ? Experience working with students with social and emotional disabilities, learning disabilities and behavioral challenges preferred. ? Willingness to attend training from the Crisis Prevention Institute: Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification required. ? Experience with data collection preferred.
