This position reports to the Area Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee operations within our Dallas, TX portfolio. This role will support a community in the final stages of lease-up and stabilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, customer service, and operations, with the ability to lead a team, drive performance, and maintain a high standard of execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Conduct routine property inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
Support leasing and marketing efforts to maintain occupancy and drive traffic
Maintain accurate records including leases, resident accounts, and reporting
Partner with maintenance teams to ensure efficient resolution of service requests
Prepare and review property performance reports
Qualifications
Experience with new construction and/or lease-up communities required
Proficient in OneSite and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Google Workspace preferred
Strong understanding of property operations and leasing practices
Knowledge of compliance standards and general real estate regulations
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to lead and perform in a fast-paced environment
