Role Overview We’re looking to build out our roster of high‑caliber commercial counsel for full‑time and part‑time roles. Responsibilities & Qualifications 5+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in an in‑house environment, working on a wide variety of technology transactions including SaaS, licensing, hardware, and other technology licenses. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong issue‑spotting skills and attention to detail in contract revision.
