Role: Maintenance Mechanic Location: Fort Worth, TX 76104 Shift: 3rd Shift (Tue–Sat, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) Pay: Up to $32/hr (W2) 🔹 Work EnvironmentDairy Manufacturing (food production setting) Fast-paced, safety & quality-focused 2 × 20-min paid breaks + 30-min unpaid lunch 🔹 Core ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance & machine repairs Troubleshoot and fix production equipment failures Install/repair machinery, electrical, piping systems Use tools like lathe, grinder, drill press, milling machine Handle work orders & emergency maintenance tasks Support predictive/preventive maintenance programs Maintain clean and organized maintenance area Ensure safety, quality, and minimal downtime 🔹 Required Skills2+ years maintenance mechanic experience OR technical certification Mechanical skills in electrical, welding/fabrication, PLC basics Strong troubleshooting ability Basic computer skills Ability to work independently & meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and teamwork 🔹 PreferredHigh School Diploma/GED Experience in food manufacturing / GMP 🔹 Other Key PointsMust handle food allergens environment Strong focus on safety, reliability, and efficiency One in-person interview
