Coordinate and participate in cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas to meet State Health Standards.Maintain HACCP monitors. Supervises and assist in the production of good quality food following menus and recipes to be put out on retail line. Assist when needed on the trayline providing meals for patients and residents. Acknowledges all Customers with a smile and willingness to assist, sue appropriate manners.Must maintain close watch on register errors and ring up each transaction accurately and save any receipt that is in error to be reported to the Director and explanation as to what happened. Directs the daily operations in the retail area.Participate in training and Inservice education and daily huddles.Assist in compiling and submitting data and reports appropriately and on a timely basis.Assist in properly ordering and storing food and supplies to control costs and minimize waste.Must utilize facility order guides and menus.Must assist with monthly inventory.Assist director with catering events. *Coordinate and participate in cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas to meet State Health Standards.Maintain HACCP monitors.
