Driver Manager

Company Description We are an intermodal transportation company servicing local rail yards and customers within 200 mile radius. Manage drivers utilizing company owned trucks and chassis’. We are a depot for some major steamship lines and we are growing fast! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Driver Manager at COMPLETE 380 LOGISTICS LLC in the Memphis Metropolitan Area. The Driver Manager will be responsible for dispatching drivers, transportation management, customer service, communication, and fleet management on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Operations Management, Transportation Management, and Fleet Management skillsStrong Customer Service and Communication abilitiesExperience in managing driver fleets and optimizing transportation operationsAbility to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teamsKnowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industryExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in logistics or transportation management is a plus
