Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in the Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. Responsibilities include managing property leasing processes, providing exceptional service to prospects and residents, coordinating property tours, and handling leasing documentation. The Leasing Professional will also assist with marketing efforts, maintain accurate records, address tenant inquiries, and contribute to creating an excellent living experience for residents. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills, including friendly and professional interactions with residents and prospectsExperience in property leasing, lease administration, and familiarity with leasing software or CRM systemsMarketing and promotional skills to support community outreach and generate leasing activityOrganizational and problem-solving skills to handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and resolve tenant concernsAttention to detail with the ability to complete, review, and manage accurate leasing documentationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general technical aptitudePrior experience in property management or the multi-family housing industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
