Our team of hard-working professionals value integrity and inclusion.Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Choose a plan that suits your needs and family.Click Here for a Full List of our Benefits!What will I do as an employee with Redstone?As a Lifestyle Coordinator, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:Checks email and other appropriate resources daily for updated activity schedule/resident information and designs special events signs, announcements, and weekly schedule of lifestyle activities and posts them on bulletin boards.Plans and prepares for activities of the day, holidays and special events, purchases/orders necessary supplies, sets up activity areas, and cleans up area following activity.Invites residents to scheduled activities, including bus trips out of the facility, and escorts interested residents, if necessary.Conducts the activities scheduled each day for resident groups, one to one activities for individual residents and spontaneous events in a manner that promotes culture change and a home-like atmosphere.Charts resident information as it pertains to activities using the approved documentation method.Communicates, as needed, with staff in other departments to coordinate their involvement in activities and trips.Arranges with outside vendors to entertain or conduct programs with residents.What do I need for this role with Redstone?High School Diploma or GED.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Experience working with aging population preferred.
