HealthShare Application Developer (Remote Opportunity)
VetsEZ is seeking a fully remote HealthShare Application Developer to support a Department of Veterans Affairs project. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, administering, and configuring InterSystems HealthShare/IRIS platforms. The candidate must reside within the continental US. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage software solutions in multiple programming languages.Administer and configure InterSystems HealthShare/IRIS.Debug and resolve defects in Cache ObjectScript.Work with HL7, JSON, and XML messaging standards.Manage large-scale databases, including migration and forecasting.Maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.5+ years of development experience with Cache, Ensemble, and IRIS.Strong proficiency in MUMPS, ObjectScript, SQL, and XSLT.Experience with REST and SOAP interface protocols.Hands-on experience with Cache/IRIS database administration, including ODBC connectivity.Knowledge of database version compatibility and integration. Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting VA or federal IT projects.Hands-on experience with Cache/Ensemble/HealthShare tech stack.Experience with SAFe/Agile.Familiarity with GitHub version control.Ability to obtain a government clearance.
