Information Technology Specialist
Location: 100% onsite in Williamson SC with remote flexibility as needed Schedule: Full-time, with occasional after-hours support as neededEmployment Type: Direct hireOverview Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to support their operation and act as the primary IT resource for their U.S. location. This role will provide a mix of end-user support, systems administration, and basic networking troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.This is a great opportunity for a well-rounded IT Generalist who enjoys wearing many hats and taking ownership of IT Support. ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support for approximately 150+ employeesManage and support Microsoft 365 (user accounts, licensing, troubleshooting)Administer and maintain Active Directory and Group PolicySupport and maintain Windows Server environmentsTroubleshoot hardware and software issues, including: PCs, printers, Zebra printers, scanners, and shop floor devicesPerform basic networking troubleshooting (connectivity, switches, firewalls)Work through IT support tickets and assist with ongoing IT projectsSupport specialized systems such as access control and biometric systemsAssist with Excel-related user needs and other general IT requestsRequired QualificationsExperience with Active Directory and Windows ServerStrong Microsoft 365 support experienceSolid troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networkingBasic networking knowledgeAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Qualifications Knowledge of SQL or VB.NETExperience with ticketing systems (Confluence or similar)Exposure to AS400 systemsAbility to read and understand scripts
