Technical Program Manager, Cell Materials Engineering

What To ExpectTesla is seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to lead the qualification and introduction of new active materials—including cathode active materials (CAM), anode active materials (AAM), and/or electrolyte systems—into our in-house cell products. This role sits at the intersection of electrochemistry, supply chain, and manufacturing, requiring a strategic thinker who can drive cross-functional alignment and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and ramping next-generation active materials that meet Tesla's aggressive performance, cost, and sustainability targets.
