Join our team at MSP Design Group!We are hiring a Screen Print Press Operator to work out of our facility in Virginia Beach, VA. This role is ideal for someone with screen printing experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work, thrives in a fast-paced production environment, and is ready to take ownership of the press from setup through final output.This position is based at our facility in Virginia Beach, VA. Pay is based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and break down manual and/or automatic screen printing pressesEnsure accurate registration, ink consistency, and color matching throughout production runsRead and interpret work orders to meet client specifications and production deadlinesLoad and unload garments while maintaining efficiency and minimizing errorsPerform quality checks throughout each run to ensure consistency and adherence to standardsMix inks and maintain optimal print resultsTroubleshoot press or print issues in real-time to minimize downtimeMaintain cleanliness and organization of press area, tools, and equipmentTrain and support Production Assistants as neededFollow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environmentQualifications:Previous screen printing experience preferred (manual or automatic press operation)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentMechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift 40+ poundsReliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as neededTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to workBenefits:Competitive hourly wage (based on experience)Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement savings planPaid time off – including birthdays off!Opportunities for advancement and skill development¡Hablamos español!
