Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: New York, NYDuration: Long Term ContractPay rate : $45 to $55/hr on W2. Job Description: Partner with business leadership to drive workforce outcomes -- talent engagement, performance, compliance, and retention through data-led HR governance, proactive stakeholder management, and consistent execution of HR frameworks and policies.Areas of Responsibilities:" Driving and strengthening associate engagement practices across the unit owned and deploying the policies" Drive Talent Management processes like Career Management, Performance management, Leadership Development and Hi-potential management" Organize Town halls, Open Houses and Group Connects by connecting with ISU Leadership" Responsible for managing communication on policies, business & HR updates, and other organizational developments" Participate in business meetings, client audits / meetingsRewards and Recognition" Handling employee concerns effectively and proactively" Track associate s competency movement & data currency" Contributing towards various HR Effectiveness/Strategic Initiatives
