The PSS is also responsible for managing crisis situations as needed and document supervisory input in PS client records. Will manage the Money Management (MM) program, with oversight for the day-to-day coordination of the MM program and program staff.Position Responsibilities: The Protective Services/Money Management position will provide oversight, direction, and support through one on one and group supervision as well as record reviews. Assist with PS Director to organize and manage weekly team meetings for PS, including training and case reviews as needed. Oversee the daily functioning of MM program with plan and attend weekly meetings, provide clinical guidance to be best meet consumer needs, provide individual supervision for MM coordinator and MM advocate, and organize and direct MM advisory board meetings.QualificationsMinimum of a bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience in Human Services required. Master's preferredMinimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience required, with an emphasis on community service or crisis management preferredLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) preferredAdvanced level of assessment and supervisory skills requiredExcellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and professional relationships with team members, consumers and their support systems, providers and business partnersDemonstrates a strong work ethic, dependability and commitment to consistently meeting responsibilities and deadlinesAbility to process information accurately and to make appropriate decisions based on the specific situation and circumstancesAbility to work in multicultural environments with consumers who have diverse health and behavioral health needs requiredKnowledge of community resources preferred.Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to Windows based software (Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook) Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday). Fully In office for the first three (3) to five (5) months.
