Locum Diagnostic Radiologist

Job Description Job Details:Schedule:Mon-Thurs 8a-5pFriday 8a-4pCoverage Needed: Need for on-site radiology coverage for mammography (reading screeners and for diagnostic mammo/breast US), on-site exams (fluoro, MRI, CT) and consultation with providers and staff.Patient Population: Mostly Adult/Geriatric. Small amount of PedsAverage # of cases per day: 50-60Support Staff: Certified Rad Techs, Ultrasonographers and Mammo TechsProcedures Required: Proficiency in a broad range of diagnostic imaging & interventional procedures: Mammography & Breast Imaging, MSK Imaging and Procedures, Fluoroscopy Exams, MRI & CT Imaging, Pediatric & General UltrasoundBoard Status Requirement: Board Certified in RadiologyLicense: Active Iowa license preferred, or IMLC LOQ will be consideredUp to Date ImmunizationsRequirements:The ideal candidate will be a board-certified physician with a specialty in radiology. While specific certifications are not listed, candidates should possess the necessary credentials to practice as a Diagnostic Radiologist. The role is suited for individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of medical practice.
