Customer Service RepresentativeI’m partnering with a fast-growing company in the AI space that’s building advanced technology used by enterprises, educational institutions, and individuals worldwide. Their platform focuses on AI-driven text analysis, content integrity, and responsible AI usage, helping organizations ensure accuracy, transparency, and IP protection.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a high-impact Customer Success team supporting both B2B and B2C customers. This role will serve as the front line of support—helping users troubleshoot issues, better understand the platform, and ultimately drive a strong customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely, professional support to both B2B and B2C customersHelp customers understand and effectively use AI-driven products and toolsTroubleshoot technical and account-related issues; escalate when neededGather customer feedback and share insights to improve product and experienceTrack trends and customer activity using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and SalesWhat They’re Looking ForCustomer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple customer interactionsComfortable learning new tools and technologies quicklyInterest in AI, technology, or education is a strong plusRequirements5+ years of experience in customer service or support (SaaS experience preferred)Experience supporting both B2B and B2C customersFamiliarity with tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar platformsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong troubleshooting and critical thinking skillsFluent in English (additional languages a plus)Able to commute to a NYC office (Flatiron area) 3x/week (Tues–Thurs)Why This RoleJoin a high-growth AI company in a cutting-edge spaceClear path for growth into Customer Success, Technical Support, or senior rolesCollaborative, fast-paced environmentCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunity to work directly with innovative AI technology
