Big Night Entertainment Group is seeking a driven, hospitality-focused Hourly Supervisor to support management across some of the best restaurants and live music venues in New England. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious front-of-house professional to gain experience across multiple Big Night venues, grow within the organization, and be part of a team that sets the standard for dining and live entertainment in the region. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply.As an Hourly Supervisor, a typical day might include the following:Supervising staff and addressing operational and guest-related matters in support of managementPerforming opening duties: assigning server sections, adjusting floor plans, assisting with staff pre-shift meeting, and ensuring venue readinessPerforming closing duties: completing walkthroughs, recording nightly cash-outs, submitting required reports, and securing the venueUpholding service standards and company policies across all team membersMonitoring inventory levels and communicating needs to management. Assisting with monthly inventory processIdentifying and communicating opportunities to improve efficiency, service, and salesMaintaining a safe, clean, and compliant environment per sanitation, health, and security standardsOther duties as assignedThis job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:1+ years in a full-service, high-volume food and beverage environment; upscale, nightlife, or live music experience preferredStrong guest service skills with the ability to handle concerns professionallyProven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced settingSolid communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with POS systems and basic scheduling or inventory processes a plusMust pass Big Night Entertainment Group background check requirementsHigh school diploma requiredAvailable evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements* Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a high-energy environment* Non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, are standard for this role
