Siegel Suites - - Responsibilities: Perform daily maintenance to turn units, daily work orders, and monthly preventative maintenance; Supervise and train maintenance assistants, coaching efficient turnover times; Work with the property manager to ensure vendors are performing services timely; Verify room readiness-availability to rent out; Accept on-call responsibilities to assist with tenant emergencies
