Rider Success Specialist
We’re looking for a highly organized, relationship-driven Rider Success Specialist to support our sponsored riders and teams across the MOOSE, Arctiva, Z1R, and Slippery brands. This role is central to athlete success—serving as the main point of contact for rider support, gear logistics, event coordination, and team relations. The Rider Success Specialist acts as a trusted liaison between riders, teams, event organizers, vendors, and internal partners, ensuring seamless execution of gear delivery, travel, promotions, and rider programs in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.What You’ll DoServe as the primary support contact for sponsored riders and teams, building strong, collaborative relationshipsManage rider and team orders, hard-parts allocations, and maintain accurate budget and operational recordsForecast inventory needs, identify shortages, and partner with vendors and procurement to source specialty gearCoordinate gear production by collecting rider information and graphics, and partnering with designers and print vendorsManage travel logistics, event schedules, Moose Consumer Truck operations, and event displaysScout, evaluate, and help recruit new rider talent through industry engagementPrepare, review, and negotiate rider contractsManage inventory for the Moose Consumer Truck and event crewPlan and host rider dinners, dealer events, and social gatheringsGather product feedback from riders, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to support product innovationStay current on industry trends, key athletes, and competitive brandsMaintain strict confidentiality and support additional responsibilities as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required2–4 years of experience in motorsports, action sports, athlete management, or a related fieldExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilitiesProven customer service mindset with internal and external partnersAbility to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, event-driven environmentProficiency with spreadsheets and inventory tracking systemsField testing awareness, including fit, durability, and performance considerationsSolid understanding of product lifecycle and development processesDisclaimerNothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
