Job description SCC is a leading wholesaler in the Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) Industry known as extended warranties. We are looking for sales agents (Consultants) to add to our growing fully remote (work from home) sales teams. This is a W-9 (Independent Contractor) position available to anyone residing in the United States. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY************** WHAT IS PROVIDED: Paid initial Training - Dedicated senior instructors, a "sales" mentality is needed. Ongoing "On-the-Job" Training & Sales Assists - Experienced managers available to assist you with your sales and train you to become a more effective salesperson. Unlimited Earning Potential - Base Pay + Bonuses and Commissions, weekly pay directly deposited. No ceiling on what you can earn. Manager Track - Fast track to sales management positions and salary for ambitious and hard working candidates. WHAT IS NEEDED TO DO THE JOB: Consultants need to use Laptop or Desktop Computer (w/ Windows-10 or 11 ONLY, MacOS, LinuxOS) Headset with microphone that plugs/connects to your computer Stable internet connection (Internet speed tests need to be greater than 15mbps upload/download) Quiet working environment A willingness to learn a new skill set and improve on a daily basis. WORKING SHIFT TIMES: Hours are Monday through Friday (weekends off!) from: Eastern: 11am to 5:30pm Central: 10am to 4:30pm Mountain: 9am to 3:30pm Pacific: 8am to 2:30pm JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Enthusiastic Learner - We train every single day in our morning meetings. You’ll be required to be attentive, participate, and pick up new sales tactics each day. Script Work - Follow the script we have in place to open calls and get interest from potential customers. Handle Rejection - Follow a process for handling and overcoming objections. Result Leads - Disposition leads correctly in the dialer platform to increase the lead base viability. Instant Messaging - Required to message managers and other team members instantly through Slack - our internal messaging platform. Available to Work — able to work a 5 to 6 hour shift uninterrupted from home Monday through Friday, no weekends.
