Counter Associate

F.W. Webb, Northeast’s largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC and industrial supplies is seeking a full-time Counter Associate for its Dedham, MA location. Responsibilities: Greet customers and create a positive FW Webb experience Assist customers with placing orders and checking inventory Pull, double check, and pack product for counter customers Check on parts, pricing and availability from outside vendors for customers Face shelves, put away counter stock, and restock pipe racks daily Create transfers for customers, if product is unavailable Process returns, debit memos, and warranties Write bids Effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous counter experience preferred Plumbing trade knowledge or experience required Good interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task Must possess a high level of customer service Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Dedham, MA 02026 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Dedham, MA 02026: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
