Patient Experience Representative
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Representative II.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage
Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
Conduct patient re-engagement outreach to support continuity of care
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
Prior customer service experience in medical or mental health practices preferred
Must demonstrate awareness and inclusivity while working with diverse populations
Strong computer proficiency required
