Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance helper, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's equipment on the production floor, warehouse, and office areas. We're seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical maintenance to troubleshoot and maintain various systems, including hydraulic and vacuum systems, as well as perform routine maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including hydraulic and vacuum systems. Perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on facility equipment. Assist with equipment installations and fabrication tasks. Operate forklifts and manlifts as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience; electrical maintenance experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment. Strong communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish is an asset. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards. Forklift Certification (can be obtained on-site). Physical Requirements:Constant standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods. Frequent lifting, carrying, and repetitive movements. Ability to work with hands and operate machinery. Work Environment:This role is based in a warehouse/shop/manufacturing environment. Travel Requirements:No travel required. #ZR
