Your responsibilities will include managing project scope, schedule, and budget, while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety standards and promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Meet with clients to understand project requirements and clarify objectivesDevelop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans involving all relevant stakeholdersEnsure resource availability and proper allocationTrack project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniquesManage changes in scope, schedule, and costs effectivelyCommunicate project status regularly to team and stakeholdersReport and escalate issues to management as neededMaintain strong relationships with clients and vendorsPerform risk management to minimize project risksComplete formal project closure and share lessons learnedManage multiple high-priority projects simultaneouslyCoach and support team members to meet milestones and deadlinesPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience or Associate Degree with 10 years of experiencePrevious experience in construction project managementCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) required at application or within 6 months of hire; PMP certification preferredITIL Foundation certification required or to be obtained within 9 monthsRelevant certifications in knowledge, skills, and abilities are a plusWe encourage all qualified individuals to apply and become part of a team that values diversity, safety, and professional growth.Marathon is an equal opportunity employer.
