Job Description Job Title: Retail Merchandise Production Location: NYC (preferred) or Santa Monica (hybrid - Mon to Thu, onsite and Fridays remote) Pay Range: $35/hour to $40/hour Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented team member for Retail Merchandise Production with our client, with experience in apparel and accessories. This role supports the execution of merchandise programs across e-commerce and touring channels, ensuring products are developed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of merchandise programs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaignsCoordinate timelines and production schedules across cross-functional teamsAssist in negotiating product costs and engineering solutions to meet target marginsTrack pre-production timelines and ensure adherence to product specificationsSupport supplier communication and maintain strong vendor relationshipsHelp ensure product quality and integrity throughout the development lifecycleRequired Qualifications3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product developmentExperience working across multiple apparel categories (e.g., men's, juniors, children's)Knowledge of cost negotiation, sourcing, and product engineeringStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or related fieldExperience with music merchandise or entertainment-related product developmentKey SkillsApparel ProductionProduct DevelopmentVendor ManagementCost NegotiationProduct EngineeringTimeline & Project ManagementCross-Functional Collaboration Please view our Privacy Policy.
