Field Service CNC Technician

Dayton, OH CNC Machining & Programming • Field Service & Integration Location: Dayton, OH Job Overview: We are seeking a Field Service CNC Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot CNC machines at customer facilities. This role requires mechanical and electrical expertise, strong communication skills, and frequent travel. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain CNC equipment (Haas, Mazak, Fanuc). Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control issues on machine tools. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment calibrations. Provide on-site technical support and customer training. Document service work and maintain accurate records. Travel to customer locations as needed. Qualifications: Experience servicing CNC machine tools in a field or shop environment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Understanding of servo systems, drives, ladder logic, and machine controls. Excellent communication and customer support skills.
