Simpson Strong-Tie in Riverside, CA, is seeking an Associate Technical Support Representative to provide front-line technical assistance to engineers, architects, and contractors across all product lines.
You will research solutions using test data, literature, Salesforce, and internal resources; assist engineers with test reports and design support; and help with special projects under the Engineering Manager.
