Job Description: Serve as Hospital Services development executive within 1 to 2 $1+B operating groups Lead initiatives that drive long-term growth Partner with Hospital division leadership team to analyze market trends Develop plans for division to achieve Company's objectives Source, develop, and negotiate renal partnerships with assigned Hospitals and Systems Develop strong relationships with external and internal customers Manage key deliverables and prepare executive presentations Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required An MBA, MPH, or a relevant graduate degree is preferred 5+ years of transaction experience in Corporate Development and sales Significant work experience in the healthcare industry Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and external partners Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and other tools Benefits: Medical, dental, vision 401(k) match Paid time off PTO cash out Family resources EAP counseling sessions access to Headspace backup child and elder care maternity/paternity leave Professional development programs
