Job Title: SFDC Technical DeveloperDuration: 1 Year ContractLocation: Santa Clara, CA - Hybrid Job Description:Around 8 -10 years of experience on SFDC development with experience in Service Cloud.Implement custom functionalities on Salesforce Service Cloud required for the RMA automation for Salesforce to communicate with external systems.Extensive experience in Apex, Lightning, and integration techniques to build the technical components as per the functional specs.Build scalable flows and subflows for agent-guided RMA steps; enforce field-level validations.Collaborate with Service Cloud BSA on requirements and with CPI team on payload schemas.
