Position Responsibilities: Fit and weld your own parts (this is not a weld-only role). Perform MIG welding, grinding, and finishing work. Tackle new and varied projects on a regular basis. Safely lift and handle heavy metal parts and assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints and tape measures accurately. Work both independently and collaboratively with the team. Complete projects with minimal supervision, from start to finish. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of Mig welding experience. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependable, self-driven, and team-oriented. Weld / Fit Test Times: We are holding weld/fitting tests Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM until the position is filled. All weld test times will be scheduled.
