Account ManagerOur client in Phoenixville PA is looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team. This is a Direct Hire, Hybrid (after 3 month in office training) position that offers salary up to $55k and excellent benefits.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors and internal teamsManage the full lifecycle of customer orders and projects from start to finishInput, track, and update order information in internal systems and use Microsoft Office toolsEnsure accuracy of order details and maintain documentation for each projectCoordinate with production, shipping, and design teams to meet deadlines and client expectationsCommunicate proactively with clients regarding order status, timelines, and any changesResolve customer issues and escalate concerns when neededMaintain and strengthen client relationships through excellent service and responsivenessQualifications:Previous experience in account management, customer service, or project coordination is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and OutlookExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
